Adding Test Scores to MTSS Plans

Adding Test Scores to MTSS Plans

MTSS plans can display the most recent scores for a test when those test scores have been loaded into PowerSchool's Test Scores feature. To do so, within the District Office, navigate to District Management -> Academics -> Standardized Tests.

Modify Test Scores

  1. Identify which test contains the scores that should be added to the plans and click the "Edit Scores" link on that line.

  1. Identify which scores should be displayed in the MTSS plan. Each score you want displayed must be configured separately (to support situations where it is desirable to include a composite score, but not all the tests's subscores). Click that score's name.

  1.   Check the box to include the score on the MTSS Plan. Additionally, select which of the score's values should appear. All test scores save 3 potential values - a number, the score's percentile, and an alphanumeric string. These will display as Percent, Number, and Alpha. If you wish to give them a different name, you can enter an Alternate Text value. Once configured, submit the page.

  1. Repeat for any additional test scores that should be shown on MTSS plans.
