MTSS Meetings Follow-Up Meeting Report

MTSS Meetings Follow-Up Meeting Report

Navigation

There are two potential options for how to reach the MTSS reports, depending upon how your school district's PowerSchool is configured. There may be a page under Data & Reporting labeled as "GSD Reports", "Your District Abbreviation Reports" or "Your Distrct Name Reports".

If you don't see an entry under Data & Reporting, it is likely that the reports were added to your server using the "new UI" - an entry somewhere in the left navigation menu on the main page. While GSD Educational Services attempts to standardize the menu placement during MTSS implementation, this is something that districts ultimately manage, so users may need to look around the menus to find the correct link.

Report Landing Page

If your server has a report landing page for other GSD Educational Services landing page, the MTSS reports were placed there. Look under Data and Reporting for a link labeled, "GSD Reports" or a Reports page with your district's initials/abbreviation.
On the GSD Reports page, you'll find a MTSS section that lists out all of the reports.

Alternatively, your district may have the reports listed in the left-hand navigation menu. There are several places this may exist, and some trial-and-error is necessary.

Alternatively, you can search for reports in the Search bar at the top of PowerSchool. However, that search bar merely searches the names of pages. While GSD Educational Services works to standardize those names during implementation, this is ultimately under district control.

Report Features

Data Provided

In an ideal world, MTSS plans should be frequently reviewed and have their impacts evaluated on a regular basis. If the follow-up meeting is scheduled to occur more than 6 weeks after the initial meeting, it will be displayed on this report. (Not all instances displayed on this report may be problematic. For example, most students may appear on this report if the district takes a multi-week winter break.)
