Threat Assessments are done on an individual basis, so the first step is to search in PowerSchool for the student for whom the Threat Assessment documentation needs to be completed.
Navigate to the student's Behavior -> Threat Assessment page. (If you cannot see it, your user group likely hasn't been granted permission to the page.)
Upon opening the page, a button to create a new Threat Assessment is displayed at the top, and below, in a table, will be any prior Threat Assessments that have been completed. To create a new Threat Assessment, click the "New" button.
Complete the Threat Assessment page as fully as possible and then click the Submit button at the bottom. It is okay to Submit the page even if you have not fully completed the process. This saves your data, and returning to the Threat Assessment page in the future allows you to Edit a prior assessment to add information.
